Tabletop & Event Rentals
Our rental inventory is available for delivery anywhere in Colorado and the surrounding regions (Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, Texas, and Oklahoma). Special travel and delivery fees will apply; however, we love traveling to new destinations and working with new vendor teams!
Styling & Installation Services
Your and your guests’ experience on the event day is most important, and our styling and installation services ensure that every detail is carried out to the fullest extent. Our styling and installation fee is $150 per hour with a minimum of two hours on-site.
Styling and installation services include:
Digital mock-up of your tabletop and/or event installation(s) prior to the event day to finalize design details
Details call with you and/or your event planner to finalize the specifics of your design for installation on the day-of the event + discuss the logistical details of the day
Confirmation of any necessary seating arrangements and assignments
Setting and fine-tuning your tabletop and other event rentals per the finalized design concept
Linen Services
Our team will work closely with you and/or your event planner to find and source the perfect linens for your event. Our linen service fee is 25% of your linen rental cost.
Linen services include:
Sourcing samples of linens that are appropriate for your event design to find the perfect fit for your vision
Requesting proposals for your linens based on quantities and sizes needed for your event
Manage proposals and contracts with our trusted third-party linen vendors
Receiving your linens to our warehouse prior to your event
Transporting linens to your event venue on the day of your event
Setting and steaming linens
Removing linens from your venue at the end of your event
Returning linens to our trusted linen partners
